Job Description
Cross Country is seeking a Program Coordinator to provide operational, administrative, and customer support for PACE programs. The role focuses on supporting caregivers, clients, and internal teams by managing onboarding, compliance tracking, communication, and client relations.
Requirements
- One year of administrative or client support experience, preferably in healthcare or staffing.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Some college preferred.
- Bilingual in Mandarin required.
