Associate Director

We are looking for an Associate Director to assist with client-facing projects, deliver projects on time and on budget, and support the strategic direction and vision of the region and company. The ideal candidate will have entrepreneurial DNA, excellent management skills, and experience in project management, Information Technology, and/or M&A.

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial DNA with clear ownership of execution and delivery client satisfaction
• Excellent manager of people and clients
• Previous project management experience
• Experience managing multiple small-to-mid sized projects at once
• Ability to work independently and with a team in an extremely fast-paced environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
• Experience in Information Technology and/or M&A
• Insightful and curious attitude towards business operations in a variety of industries
• Strong strategic and analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Exceptional communicator and listener, particularly with clients and prospects.
• Willingness and natural tendency to 'roll up one's sleeves' and assist wherever needed
• Team player who will work across the organization and company to continue improving the way we serve our customers
• Coachable and embracing of best practices and feedback as a means of continuous improvement
