Clinic Manager - RN

The Clinic Manager (CM) supports patient care and demonstrates servant leadership, leveraging an interdisciplinary approach to integrated care. The CM guides the clinical and administrative operations of the multi-disciplinary, integrated primary care service. The CM provides patient care, resolves customer complaints, and handles inventory and medical supplies. The CM co-leads clinic-wide huddles, team meetings, and manages the schedule for efficiencies and optimal staff coverage. The CM also hires, coaches, and develops staff, and provides guidance and direction to care team members.

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program
• Active nursing license (RN)
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience with demonstrated strong clinical leadership in similarly sized operation
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Minimum 3 years experience opening, operating and managing a multi-speciality, multi-provider clinic, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience staffing and managing a team of employees
• Minimum 3 years of experience utilizing health analytics information
