Clinic Manager- RN

The Clinic Manager is a critical role in supporting exceptional patient care and operations within Crossover Health's integrated primary care service. This position requires strong clinical leadership and management skills to guide the clinical and administrative operations of the clinic, ensuring patient care and employee satisfaction.

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program
• Active nursing license (RN)
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience with demonstrated strong clinical leadership in similarly sized operation
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Minimum 3 years experience opening, operating and managing a multi-speciality, multi-provider clinic, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience staffing and managing a team of employees
• Minimum 3 years of experience utilizing health analytics information
