LVN/LPN

The Crossover LVN/LPN is responsible for creating a strong, seamless patient and member experience within our clinic. This role actively manages patient care by coordinating with specialists and their facilities, guiding patients and members through the healthcare process, and demonstrating in-depth knowledge of self-insured employer health insurance.

Requirements

• Licensed Vocational Nurse from an accredited school with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Standing, walking and sitting for extended amounts of time
• Occasional lifting and carrying of items weighing up to 50 lbs
• Manual and finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination
