Job Description
Crossover Health is creating the future of health as it should be. The Crossover LVN/LPN is central to creating a strong, seamless patient and member experience within our clinic, managing patient care, and demonstrating in-depth knowledge of self-insured employer health insurance.
Requirements
- Licensed Vocational Nurse from an accredited school with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
