LVN (Mon-Friday, 8am-5pm)

The Crossover LVN/LPN is central to creating a strong, seamless patient and member experience within our clinic. This role actively manages patient care by coordinating with specialists and their facilities, guiding patients and members through the healthcare process, and demonstrating in-depth knowledge of self-insured employer health insurance, including copays, co-insurance, and related benefits.

Requirements

• Licensed Vocational Nurse from an accredited school with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk and sit for extended amounts of time
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
