Job Description
The Supported Employment Case Manager offers Employment Services and support to adults with mental health symptoms, assisting in job search and employment, developing relationships with employers, and coordinating services with outside agencies.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent with related experience below
- Associateās degree in social work, psychology, sociology or other mental health related field (preferred)
- Three years related experience with High School Diploma or equivalent, or Associateās degree
- Minimum (1) year experience within mental health field (preferred)
- Valid Driverās License
- Must have an acceptable driving record (4 points or less), reliable transportation, and carry automobile insurance with minimum liability limits of $100,000/$300,000 and property damage of $50,000.
- BLS/CPR/First Aid (as applicable)
