CrowdStrike is seeking a Manager to lead our Corporate Sales channel team. The ideal candidate will implement channel strategies that drive revenue growth through our partner ecosystem while coaching and developing Channel Account Managers (CAMs) to achieve success within our Corporate Sales motion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of channel sales experience in cybersecurity or related technology field
- 2+ years of people management experience, preferably in a channel organization
- Experience working with inside sales teams and understanding of inside sales motions
- Proven track record of team leadership and performance management
- Strong understanding of channel dynamics and partner relationships
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding team revenue targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
