Job Description
Join Crusoe as a Manager of Customer Success to lead a team of CSMs, drive customer adoption, retention, and growth, and execute a tiered service model. Develop talent, solve complex customer challenges, and partner with customers to drive value from Crusoe's offerings.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in Customer Success, with 2-3 years in a leadership or "lead" capacity
- Leadership & Customer Success Expertise
- Strong customer advocacy and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement customer success strategies and processes
- Proven experience in an IaaS or high-growth technology environment
- Strong understanding of customer success methodologies and best practices
