The Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) will monitor operations to ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures, implement and maintain compliance policies and procedures, and coordinate with other officers to conduct an annual risk assessment and train personnel on compliance policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of 12+ years in banking compliance, with at least 5 years in a senior compliance leadership role at an OCC-regulated National Bank.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Law (JD or MBA strongly preferred).
- CRCM (Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager) is mandatory. CAMS certification is a significant plus.
- Deep knowledge of the OCC’s Comptroller’s Handbook and the ability to interpret complex federal statutes.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing high-performing compliance teams and interaction with C-suite executives and Board Directors.
