The Business Development Manager (Loan Against Property) role focuses on driving profitable business growth through loan products in Thane, Maharashtra. Responsibilities include lead generation, branch team activation, and ensuring adherence to regulations and customer service. This position requires full ownership of the file from lead to disbursement and requires profitability targets.
Requirements
- Source LAP and secured loan products via branches and direct channels.
- Achieve disbursement and profitability targets as per business plan.
- Train and activate branch teams and alternate channels for lead generation.
- Manage end-to-end customer journeys including documentation, disbursement, and service.
- Ensure adherence to internal processes and regulatory guidelines.
- Drive cross-sell of insurance and liability products.
