General Manager (Sur La Table)

Sur La Table is seeking a General Manager to lead high-performing retail and culinary teams, driving sales and business performance while delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a specialty or culinary retail environment, and a proven track record of achieving sales and motivating high-performing sales teams.

• Develop and implement strategies to exceed sales and financial goals
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics daily
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure store safety and cleanliness
• Ability to communicate verbally and work cooperatively with associates and customers
• Ability to remain standing for up to 5 hours at a time
• Ability to lift and/or move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs
