Job Description
The Instructional Designer/Technical Trainer role will establish effective partnerships with internal stakeholders, design and deliver learning initiatives, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards. The role will meet eLearning requirements, analyze learning needs, and develop high-quality learning materials.
Requirements
- Current Certificate IV Training and Assessment
- Tertiary qualification in adult education, human resources, or psychology (desirable)
- 5 years' experience in an OD or L&D role in a commercial environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level skills in Microsoft Office products, Articulate Storyline 2, Adobe Captivate, and basic HTML and Flash programming knowledge
