Client Advisor (Part-time)

We are seeking a Client Advisor to provide bespoke and informative consultations to clients, helping them discover or design their dream pieces. The role involves assisting clients in selecting jewellery, offering personalized advice and education, and promoting Cullen Jewellery's commitment to ethical practices and community initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the premium jewellery or retail industry
• High attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional client experiences
• Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and processes
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals
• The right to work in the UK
• Capacity to work on the provided roster consistently
