The Business Systems Support Analyst is responsible for the ongoing support of the CRM and finance systems, and other key business systems in Culligan Water Ireland (B2B) and Culligan Home Ireland (B2C). The role involves providing day-to-day support to system users, maintaining system documentation, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Requirements
- Third-level qualification in Business, IT, Data/Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Experience supporting business systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Sage, Zoho)
- Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of inventory management / fleet management / delivery management / operational excellence
- Strong documentation capability (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience in utilities, customer service, field service or other service-based industries
- ITIL, Project Management or IT certification
