Job Description
We're looking for a Business Systems Support Analyst to provide technical and functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. In this role, you'll troubleshoot incidents, onboard new users, and maintain system documentation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with modules such as Finance, SCM, CRM, or Business Central
