Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Franchise Business Consultant to support our new and existing franchisees and growth in the Kansas City, Missouri/Kansas market. The role is responsible for guest service, new restaurant openings, and financial results in Culver's franchised locations.
Requirements
- Two-year College or University degree in a related field
- Five years related experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience as a General Manager/District Manager in a multi-unit restaurant concept
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time including nights and weekend travel
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Food Safety & Sanitation Certificate
- Valid Driver's license and an acceptable driving record
