Director of Info Tech

We are looking for a Director of Information Technology to lead our IT department and transform lives at Cumberland Heights, a nationally recognized addiction treatment organization. The role involves leading a high-performing IT team, developing and executing technology strategy, managing budgets and vendor relationships, and ensuring the reliability and security of IT infrastructure across all locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive IT experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or management role
• Deep, applied technical skill in at least one of the following: systems infrastructure and administration, or AI and automation implementation
• Demonstrated experience managing IT teams, budgets, and vendor relationships
• Proven ability to translate organizational strategy into executed technology plans
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Working knowledge of HIPAA requirements and IT compliance in regulated environments
