Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, IT, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with project management expertise at a senior level
- Proven experience in Business Process Modeling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and teams
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret metrics and derive insights
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding user expectations
- Problem-solving and analytical capabilities to address complex issues creatively
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in developing and executing SQL or Python queries
