Director, Compensation

We are seeking a Director of Compensation to lead the design, governance, and execution of compensation programs for a large-scale healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building scalable compensation frameworks in complex environments and experience managing people and leading senior-level professionals.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive compensation experience within a large, complex corporate environment
• 5+ years of experience managing people, including leading senior-level professionals or managers
• Proven track record in designing and stabilizing large-scale compensation programs and managing executive compensation governance
• Strong ability to model financial scenarios, conduct market benchmarking, and utilize internal equity analytics to drive strategy
