We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our delivery team in Columbus. The role involves bridging the gap between complex public sector business needs and technical ServiceNow solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- 3+ years of experience specifically focused on the ServiceNow platform
- Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience working with state, local, or federal government entities is highly preferred
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred
