Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Technical Functional Consultant to support a critical ServiceNow instance consolidation initiative.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) experience
- Proven experience completing at least one HRSD core instance merge
- Strong experience with data conversion validation and instance comparison methodologies
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow product differences and platform capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to guide stakeholders using ServiceNow HRSD best practices
- Hands-on experience with Employee Center Pro (EC Pro)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, delivery-driven consulting environment
