Job Description

Requirements
- Three to five years supervisory/management experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail
- Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet navigation)
- Ability to manage minimum 55 hours per week
- Food Safety Manager certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to perform all job duties of all service positions
- Basic math skills
- Ability to interpret financial statements
