Job Description
This is a full-time, high-level General Manager position for a Casual Restaurant, responsible for overseeing the overall performance of operations. The role involves managing a team of restaurant staff, ensuring quality standards, managing costs, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. The position requires strong leadership, financial management, and operational skills.
Requirements
- Three to five years of supervisory/management experience in the restaurant business
- Demonstrated success in financial management and people development
- Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations
- Computer and POS skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Internet navigation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Advanced math and accounting skills
- Ability to work a minimum of 60 hours a week
- Food Safety Manager certification required
- Proven ability to problem solve and handle high stress situations
