General Manager

This is a General Manager position for a Casual Dining Restaurant, reporting to the VP of Operations. The role focuses on increasing sales, ensuring operational excellence, handling financial and human resources, and maintaining a positive workplace environment. The General Manager will oversee all service and production staff, leading the team in achieving store objectives and ensuring consistent quality.

Requirements

• Three to five years of supervisory/management experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry preferred
• Demonstrated success in financial management and people development
• Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations, restaurant/food safety procedures, federal and state employment laws, on-boarding and employee exit requirements
• Computer and POS skills with a proficiency in Word, Excel, and the ability to navigate through various software platforms
• Ability to successfully perform all job duties of all service positions
• Food Safety Manager certification required
• Strong organizational skills with excellent communication skills
• Basic math skill (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• Ability to multitask and work weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Problem solving skills
