Job Description
This full-time General Manager position is responsible for overall restaurant performance, including sales, production, human resources, operations, and finances. The manager leads a team, ensures food safety standards are met, and maintains a positive work environment. This role focuses on financial management and leadership in a fast-casual restaurant setting.
Requirements
- Three to five years supervisory/management experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry preferred
- Demonstrated success in financial management and people development
- Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations, restaurant/food safety procedures, federal and state employment laws
- Computer skills: proficiency in Word, Excel, Internet navigation, and various software platforms
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work a minimum of 55 hours a week
- Food Safety Manager certification required
- Ability to multitask, work weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Basic math skills
