Job Description
This BOH (Line Cook/Prep Cook) position focuses on providing excellent food and guest satisfaction in a restaurant setting. The line cook/prep cook will be responsible for cooking, preparing, and serving food, ensuring guest satisfaction and contributing to overall restaurant objectives. They will collaborate with management to maintain operational standards and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience cooking in a restaurant kitchen preferred
- Demonstrated success in culinary excellence and food service hospitality
- Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations, restaurant/food safety procedures
- Point of Sale (POS) knowledge/skills preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to multitask
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
