Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of customer service management experience, preferably in hospitality, furniture, or manufacturing
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM or ERP platforms (Monday.com experience a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
