Job Description
At Customers Bank, we're looking for a hands-on Salesforce Administrator/Analyst to join our digital transformation journey. As a key member of our product team, you'll be responsible for platform architecture, build and maintenance, as well as UX and Lightning Experience. This role requires a strong technical background, with experience in Salesforce Administration, DocuSign Administration, and Integration Fundamentals. We're looking for someone who can design and build solutions, lead best-practice Salesforce tools, and drive measurable business outcomes through technology and process enhancement.
Requirements
- 5+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem
- 3+ years recent experience as a hands-on Admin
- Salesforce Administrator certification (required)
- Proven Flow expertise (record-triggered/screen/scheduled, subflows, fault handling, limits awareness)
- DocuSign Experience: Workflow, validations, templates/routing, and Salesforce integration
