Job Description
Customer Service Supervisor/Manager responsible for providing high-level customer service, leading direct reports, and attaining daily operational goals in a distribution/fulfillment environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-5 years related experience
- Minimum 2 years of direct supervisory experience
- 3PL experience preferred
- Experience in distribution/fulfillment environment preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Outlook/Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization
