We are looking for a Commercial Director to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. As Commercial Director, you will be responsible for building and leading our Swedish sales operation, developing and implementing a sales strategy, and driving sales and revenue targets. The role requires at least 5 years of experience in business development and/or sales in fast-growing startups.

- Natural ability to sell and success in reaching and exceeding revenue targets
- High work ethic and 'sense of urgency'
- Exceptional drive and desire to be the best at what you do
- Proactivity and ability to take ownership of everything you do
- Strong ability to create cooperation and trust between people, and win trust from business leaders
- Strong interest in venture capital and startups
- Strong communication skills at management and board level
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Humility and a passion for building and developing new operations
- Fluency in Swedish and English
- A big plus if you have a network within the Swedish startup ecosystem
