Telemarketing Manager

We are looking for a Telemarketing Manager to lead our Swedish sales operation in Stockholm. As a hands-on role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, and completing deals on time. You will have the ability to work with sales both strategically and operationally, and master a consultative sales process.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience, preferably in venture capital, fast-growing startups, or dynamic environments
• Natural ability to sell and success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets
• High work ethic and 'Sense of urgency'
