We are looking for a Telemarketing Team Leader to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. As a Telemarketing Team Leader, you will be responsible for building up and leading our Swedish sales operation, developing and implementing a sales strategy, and driving sales to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in venture capital, fast-growing startups, or dynamic environments
- Natural ability to sell and success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- High work ethic and 'sense of urgency'
- Exceptional drive and willingness to be the best at what you do
- Proactivity and ability to take ownership of everything you do
- Strong ability to create cooperation and trust between people, as well as win the trust of business leaders
- Strong interest in venture capital and startups
- Strong communication skills at the leadership and board level
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Humility and a passion for building and developing new businesses
- Fluent Swedish and English
