Job Description
The Compensation Analyst will implement and administer compensation programs, conduct compensation analyses, and provide HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making at the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field
- 3-5 years' related experience
- Certification in CCP, SHRM-CP, or PHR preferred
- Experience working in the not-for-profit industry preferred
- Experience with Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) HRIS preferred
