Job Description
The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation is seeking a Compensation Analyst to implement and administer compensation programs in accordance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines. The successful candidate will conduct compensation analyses, salary surveys, and design, develop, and manage CW's compensation programs. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field, and three to five years of related experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field
- Three to five years of related experience
- CCP and/or SHRM-CP or PHR certification
- Experience working in the not-for-profit industry
- Experience with Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) HRIS
- Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and HRIS systems
- Proficient with compensation research and data analysis
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills
