We are seeking a results-driven and strategic thinker to join us as an Enterprise Account Executive. In this role, you will work collaboratively with our Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams to proactively grow our footprint within our target industries.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally with a focus on workplace experience, proptech, smart buildings, or employee engagement platforms.
- Proven track record of selling into Facilities, HR, IT, or Real Estate leaders at Fortune 1000 companies.
- Strong understanding of hybrid work models, space utilization challenges, and the shift toward employee-centric workplace design.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles, manage multiple stakeholders, and land six- or seven-figure deals.
- Consultative, solution-oriented approach; experience with value-based selling frameworks (e.g. MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN).
- Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and objection-handling skills, with an eye toward helping organizations reduce digital friction and improve productivity through AI.
- Experience working in high-growth, ambiguous environments where adaptability, autonomy, and initiative are essential.
