Job Description
We're looking for a Freelance Luxury Automotive Evaluator to visit premium automotive showrooms and provide expert feedback on the customer journey.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Good understanding of the automobile industry
- Passionate about automobiles and improving customer service and retail environments
- Enjoy interacting with people
- Has a keen eye for discreetly observing and noting various aspects of your shopping experience
- Own a car and has a driving license
- Ability to provide unbiased, honest feedback without personal biases and be prompt in filling out online surveys
