Growth & Digital Marketing Specialist (Fluent Japanese speaker)

We are looking for a Growth & Digital Marketing Specialist to work with us remotely. The role involves leading and managing the full acquisition process for Evaluators in Japan, designing, testing, and scaling acquisition channels, and owning key growth metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
• 3+ years in growth, recruiting, and community engagement in Japan
• Native-level Japanese and strong business English (written and spoken)
• Hands-on experience in at least two of: University/campus recruiting or Gig/platform or marketplace recruiting
• Experience with influencer/social media campaigns
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with funnel metrics and campaign reporting
• Practical experience with CRM and marketing tools, design tools, and AI tools
