The Senior Professional Services Consultant will guide clients through the successful implementation and adoption of Cyara's platform, providing training, support, and expert advice to meet their business needs.
Requirements
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients
- Provide ongoing support and guidance as needed
- Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and objectives
- Collaborate with the Technical Lead / Project Manager to manage timelines and deliverables
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to provide feedback on product features and enhancements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Assist in the creation of project documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the implementation process
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services and products
