Service Desk Engineer (1st Line)

We are looking for a Service Desk Engineer to provide technical support and maintenance to all supported IT business users, systems, hardware, and applications. The role offers clear opportunities for progression and professional development.

Requirements

• Experience in a 1st Line / Service Desk / Helpdesk role (MSP experience a bonus)
• Good understanding of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, email troubleshooting, and networking fundamentals
• Experience logging and managing tickets in a ticketing system
• Ability to follow processes and escalate issues appropriately
• Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail and documentation
• Team player who can also work independently
