Requirements

• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 and common desktop hardware (laptops, PCs, printers)
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) or a willingness to learn
• Understanding of IT fundamentals such as user accounts, passwords, and permissions
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Logical approach to troubleshooting technical issues
• Ability to follow processes, document work, and update tickets clearly
