Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven BDR Team Leader to lead and mentor a team of Business Development Representatives focused on generating qualified opportunities across the US and European markets.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of leadership or mentoring a sales development team
- 2+ years’ experience as a BDR / SDR in a B2B SaaS company; cybersecurity experience - a plus.
- Strong understanding of outbound sales methodologies and pipeline generation
- Experience working with US and/or European markets
- Track record of consistent overachievement against pipeline or meeting-generation goals
- English level— written and verbal
- Hands-on, data-driven, and passionate about delivering excellence in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities; able to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Experience working with AI apps
- English at a native or very high professional level
