Job Description
Cyncly is seeking a Technical Team Leader to lead their Flooring Support Team, serving North American customers. The role involves managing a team, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving technical excellence through issue resolution, product development, and customer interaction. It's a technical leadership position requiring resilience and a collaborative mindset.
Requirements
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 1st and 2nd line technical support specialists.
- Oversee daily ticket queues and ensure timely resolution of customer incidents.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Act as a technical escalation point for ERP-related issues.
