Professional Services Manager

Professional Services Manager is responsible for leading a cross-regional team to deliver enterprise software implementations, ensuring high standards of delivery, predictability, and customer outcomes. The role requires strong execution, collaboration, and structured leadership, as well as commercial accountability and revenue growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing teams in Professional Services or similar consulting/services environments.
• Strong business acumen with hands-on experience managing revenue, margin, utilization, predictability, and other operational KPIs.
• Demonstrated experience with capacity planning, staffing, and workload forecasting.
• Prior exposure to external customer-facing services (Professional Services, Consulting, Implementation, Customer Success with billable components, etc.).
• Fluency in English and experience collaborating remotely across multiple countries/time zones.
