Requirements

• Evaluates homeowner repair issues
• Processes work orders and verbal instructions
• Performs necessary repairs
• Schedules and manages subcontractors
• Ensures repairs are completed within compliance standards
• Certifies warranty work
• Develops and maintains good rapport with subcontractors and homeowners
• Follows up with homeowners to address concerns
• Processes charge-back documentation and invoices
• Conducts business in a professional and ethical manner
