D.R. Horton, Inc. is looking for a Customer Service Technician to maintain elevated customer satisfaction among homeowners by facilitating warranty requests and resolving issues.

Requirements

• Evaluates homeowner repair issues
• Processes written or electronic work orders
• Performs necessary repairs to homes
• Schedules and manages subcontractors
• Certifies warranty work is completed within contractor obligations
• Develops and maintains good rapport with subcontractors and homeowners
