We are looking for a people-oriented HR Generalist to join our growing Miami team, providing guidance on HR matters, driving process improvements, and ensuring our people practices are compliant, consistent, and effective.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (HR, Business, Psychology) or equivalent experience
- Around 2-3 years of experience in an HR generalist or advisory role, ideally in a fast-paced or international environment
- Solid knowledge of US federal and state labor law; experience with immigration and visa processes is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience working with an HRIS; comfortable analysing and presenting HR data
- Naturally build relationships and has the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative environment
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proactive and well-organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities independently
