Job Description
Senior HR Officer responsible for implementing HR services and processes, including salary administration and employee benefits management. Contributes to the optimization and digitization of HR processes and plays a key role in the re-design and implementation of a tier model approach to HR services.
Requirements
- Master's degree in HR or bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge or experience with payroll/compensation-related topics
- Good knowledge of Belgian employment law, social law, and compensation and benefits
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Experience with HR software such as SuccessFactors & SAP-HCM is a plus
