Requirements
- Master's degree in HR or a bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge or experience in payroll/wage administration-related topics
- Good knowledge of Belgian labor law, social law, and remuneration and benefits
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Experience with HR software such as SuccessFactors & SAP-HCM
- Process-oriented and proactive mindset
